Automation Blueprint

The Automation Blueprint is a design-only deliverable: we analyze your process and constraints and deliver a complete automation design (process map, current- and future-state workflows, agent breakdown, tool stack, prompt structure, QA plan, and an implementation guide with an n8n example). You or your team implement; we do not set up or run your automation. Typical turnaround is 5–14 business days from intake to delivery.

You'll need to complete the Process Automation Intake form, which collects your company context, process description, constraints, engagement preferences, and language. The form is sent by secure link after payment and is valid for 14 days. No surveys are required.

After you complete payment and submit the Process Automation Intake form, you'll typically receive your complete Automation Blueprint within 5–14 business days. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

No. We deliver the blueprint only—process map, workflows, agent spec, implementation guide (including an n8n example). You or your implementation partner build and run the automation. Implementation support is available as a separate engagement if needed.

The blueprint is platform-agnostic and includes an implementation guide with a concrete n8n example. You can adapt the design to your preferred tools (n8n, Zapier, custom code, etc.). We tailor the process map, workflows, and agent breakdown to your described process and constraints.

You receive the full PDF bundle and implementation guide. You or your team implement the automation. We do not provide ongoing run or maintenance. For implementation or integration support, contact us to discuss a separate engagement.
