Terms of Service

By accessing or using Enablement System's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use our services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display without our written consent

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our platform

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Enablement System provides enablement blueprints and related services across four solution areas: AI Enablement, Personal Enablement, Growth Blueprint, and Automation Blueprint. We deliver customized blueprints based on information you provide through intake forms and surveys. Delivery typically occurs within 5–14 business days after form completion and payment.

Payment is required before we begin work on your blueprint. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before purchase if you have specific concerns.

All content, materials, and blueprints provided by Enablement System are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the blueprint for your organization's internal purposes, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the blueprint with third parties without our written consent.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information in intake forms and surveys

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

• All activities that occur under your account

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Enablement System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
